A combination of hits and misses
Cleanliness was impressive and the location just a few minutes from the train station was ideal for my travels. Plus, the heating kept the room warm despite the chilly weather!
The family room we booked was extremely small, barely accommodating us. A lack of privacy in the shared facilities made the experience less than ideal.

The property exterior is neglected and uninviting!!! The kitchen sounds echo through the rooms, making it impossible to relax. Improvements are needed for soundproofing!!! The room had a musty smell and no window, causing discomfort.

The nearby dining scene is a delight! Check out Khadams Restaurant for authentic eats just a hop away and the fresh salmon at The Erstwhile Parrot was simply divine. Plus, the Triple Room with Shared Bathroom was fine for a family escape.
I encountered a massive issue with bed bugs, I woke up bitten and couldn’t sleep anymore. This needs urgent attention from the host. Not cool, especially when many have flagged it before.

The room was really comfy, especially the bed! Super clean, and even had air conditioning, which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was huge with a washing machine, too. Accessing the place was a breeze with the door codes. The only downside? No window in the room, but honestly, it didn't bother me that much.

the room was clean and tidy just like they said. really budget friendly for what we got. perfect location close to the tube and grocery stores, which was super convienient. i felt really comfy in the bed and the overall vibe was nice. management was helpful when i had questions.
the bathroom could use a little more cleaning. had some noise from the train, but it wasn't a big deal for me.
